Return of the morning sickness..

Already?! Four nights in the last week I've woken up at 3am completely nauseous, twice have resulted in a vom.com party with the toilet. Whyyyy?? At first I thought food poisoning but it's always the same- sick til around noon, famished by dinner time, rinse and repeat. I do find it helps if I sleep somewhat propped up which leads me to believe acid reflux may be rearing it's ugly head. Anyway, no real point to this except to say it's not fun. Anyone else have a return of their morning sickness?

    I'm sorry your feeling so shitty! I haven't had it this bad, but I have had a few times I get awful episodes of feeling shitty and getting sick. Starts w a hot flash and then nausea w spotty vision, my midwife said it is most likely related to dehydration and the types of food I eat. I'm sensitive to sugars (as in it spikes and drops too often) so I have to eat a good amount of protein w every meal. GL!!

    Mine hasn't left either...threw up 4 times yesterday.  I think part of mine is a bit of reflux, also, for whatever reason my body does not seem to like it when I drink any type of liquid in the morning because that always seems to come up.  Problem is that I need to stay hydrated!

    I never had morning sickness at all, until this past week. It must be the baby pushing on things/ acid reflux, but I was sick all weekend and have had a few moments of nausea this week :(

    I've had some brutal heart burn/acid reflux...both from eating, or not eating...pepcid is on my OB's ok list & it's been helping

    I still get sick every morning when I brush my teeth.  It's never gone away.

    I just got back from my dr appt and I talked to her about it.  She agrees it's likely acid reflux and gave me a lovely little generic handout about what I should or shouldn't eat or do.  Aka, eat all the bland foods and don't eat before bed.  But she basically said it'll probably just get worse as baby gets bigger.  Oh, pregnancy! There's medication available if it starts getting too bad, but for now I think I'll just whine about it.  

    And I'm sorry to the ladies who have had morning sickness this entire time.  I had it in the first tri pretty bad, but never actually threw up, just was miserable for 12 weeks.  I guess I should count my lucky stars I had a break for a few weeks!  It's crazy how different this pregnancy is from my last.
