  I made chicken tenders with the recepie off a Bisquick box and wasn't disappointed. Plus, it was nice because the other ingredients were things I already had in the pantry.

  Enchilada Frito pie. Layer of Fritos, layer of browned ground beef, layer of cheese, about 3/4 of a can of enchilada sauce (red or green) more cheese. Basketball 375 until hot and bubbly. I am thinking of trying this with shredded chicken, just haven't fond it yet. Super yummy!!!

  As I look through my fridge I am leaning towards chicken stir fry with edamame and rice.
