WTF legs, a few squats and lunges and now I can barely move, WTF self, stop eating and the exercise will work...trust me, WTF Friday - get here soo so we can have our new puppy!

    I almost *only* went to a 2 year school.  Well, I actually did start at a 2 year school, but I transferred to a 4 year school literally at the last minute (it was like a week before the semester was going to start) because my mom bribed me with her 10 year old Ford Explorer. 

    I lived at home and comuted to school and basically she said I could have her old truck if I finished my 4 year degree.  I only had to pay the insurance (and gas obv).

    WTF work. What the actual fuck management.

    My email expressing my frustration about having to be the only one to train 4 people in the past 2 months didn't mean anything.

    I know I'm at the bottom of the barrel but my opinion should still matter. I am tired of having to take my anxiety medication because you dont have a proper training set up. You're the management you should train.
