OP you didn't read the thread stickied to the top about why name spelling matters, did you?

Both MNs are fine, but I prefer Gregory.  I can't vote in your poll because I don't like Jaxon and I don't want my vote to give you the impression I'm endorsing it.  If you want to give your child the better of two choices, I think a correctly spelled name is better than an incorrectly spelled name.

  • I'm really not a fan of the name Jackson (and especially not that spelling). It's a last name, trendy and too popular (for some ungodly reason).

I vote Jack Gregory. If Gregory Matthew or Matthew Gregory were in the running I'd vote for either of those over Jackson.
    This.  I can't vote.

  • Jackson Gregory - you can still call him Jax.

Didn't vote because of the spelling
  • Jackson Matthew.

I can't vote for either of your options because I can't handle the butchered spelling of Jackson.

I like Gregory best, but I'll add my voice to the chorus of "don't spell it Jaxon"

  • Would you hire a lawyer named Jaxon?  Would you want a doctor named Jaxon to treat you?  Would you want a Jaxon to work out a tricky tax issue for you?  Ugh.

But then he could be Jaxon the Taxman...had a nice ring to it.

Please no Jaxon. It's not unique at all. I saw like 4 of them when I did a pre school walk through. No matter how you spell it, he will be one of many Jackson's in his class. Jackson, with all of it's spellings, is the second most common name right now. If you want something unique meaning he'll be the only one in his class, pick a less commonly used name. Butchering the spelling does nothing to create "uniqueness".
