When can you start working out? Ride a bike? Do you wait util your 6 week checkup with the doctor before you head to the gym?
I had my baby two weeks ago and I am starting to feel better. I am not ready now and I am not in a rush. I just was wondering when you could go back. I have 10 more pounds to lose.. and I wouldn't mind losing a little more because I was a little overweight before I got pregnant.

As others said, if you push it, your bleeding is likely to increase again. You can certainly try some limited activity, like walking on the treadmill, and see how that feels. But when you go to the gym, I would not jump right into a class or heavy duty cardio and lifting or anything like that.
