I'm currently strapped to a monitor because baby's heart rate is elevated (between 170-180) after attempting a version. Even thought the doctor thought I'd be a perfect candidate, it was unsuccessful.

My breech baby flipped after doing inversion exercises, swimming, sitting on an exercise ball, using a moxi stick, and chiropractic Webster technique. I posted about it in an earlier thread. It was worth it to me to try.
