With 4 whole months under their belts, tied for first:
@kdc2007 - Hopefully your gym time balanced out your candy so you can keep meeting your goals!
@phishgirl29 - I very much hope your stomach is keeping its contents down now!
@Pitchslap - Excellent work keeping the eating under control while on vacation - that takes some serious self-control!
@tiffletons518 - Hope your hormones aren't misbehaving as bad as you feared they would!
With 9 weeks - @ItsStackie - Hopefully you're feeling all better and have been able to get back to running (with or without DH!)!
With 7 weeks - @tttwalters - I hope your trail run was a blast!
With 5 weeks in a row:
@Lizzybizzy80 - Hopefully the lack of Easter this past week made cutting back on sugar easy!
@RedCherry1109 - Excellent job staying on target for your weekly goals!
@No longer the best - Sorry about the gain, but at least you know what caused it and are working toward reversing it!
With 2 weeks in a row - @WorkInIt - Excellent job on getting the workouts in! I'm sure that helped in the not-gaining-weight-despite-eating-crappily department!
And a warm welcome back to @NicoleReed0324 - Your weight loss is really inspiring! I hope you get those last 6lbs!
Last week- I decided to do another round of Insanity. It got me into amazing shape after DD2. So, I've been doing that and mixing in some running.
This week- DD2 is sick and DS isn't particularly happy either. Teeth I think. So, working out has been a struggle. I'm not sure when today will happen, but it MUST!
Goal- I am back down to only being 2lbs up, and am still on my period. I really want to stick it out with Insanity. I saw such great results last time, and I need to SEE a change.
Ahh I was so busy with work last week I forgot the check in!
Last week - we clocked 15 miles while at Disney and I got a GI bug on Saturday, so I have lost 5 lbs, but we will see what happens when I start eating again
This week - I'm going to try to eat healthy because I don't think I will get much workouts in with Bradley's birthday weekend and T-bird sick
Long term goal - lose 30 lbs, short term - finish couch 2 5k program (only 2 weeks left!)
What did you do last week? I was feeling better. I ran Thursday night, and walked a lot Saturday and Monday.
What are your plans for this week? Run some more. Didn't sign up for the 5k this weekend, but soccer tournament kicks back up.
What's your long-term/mid-term goal? Be more active, and my half-marathon in November.
GTKY: What color shirt are you wearing today? Orange, and I just realized it doesn't match my skirt as much as I thought. I need to fix the lights in my bedroom.
I had the trail race on Saturday, it was fun, 25km in mud, rain and snow. We climbed over 6200 feet so that was good times. Last year I did just one loop (12.5km) 7 months pregnant, so this year everyone was excited to see William cheering me on instead of "running" with me!
What are your plans for this week?
Inspired by @nolongerthebest, I started doing Jillian's yoga meltdown. My wrist is feeling better so I am going to do that everyday. Last night after doing that and a run I had a difficult time doing stairs! I have a half marathon on Sunday that I am excited for, hopefully the rain stops by then!
@redcherry1109, walking 20 miles is an awesome goal! Good for you! How do you get those walks in? Do you take your kids?
tttwalters In the morning I do a walking workout video off of Youtube. Someone on here suggested it. Then usually once DH gets home I'll go walking again by myself.
What did you do last week? Last week I walked and did some arm workouts in my basement. Diet and appittite are returning so my stomach is finally feeling better!
What are your plans for this week? Diet and a gym day or two planned for this weekend. I need a good cardio fix!
What's your long-term/mid-term goal? Tone up and shred ten!
GTKY: What color shirt are you wearing today? I wore a black cotton dress (with my red Toms) today.
Last week: I worked out weights/cardio 4 days and walked 3 days! I am loving this beautiful weather! I also hit a huge milestone and I'm back in the "120's" I really never thought I would be here again. I feel amazing.
This week: still following my meal plan. I have gotten so used to it that I never even think twice about it! I've had a couple of cheat meals, but I hop right back on track the next meal. Also fitting in at least 4 workouts.
Goal: hmm my belly is still a little loose. Not to be crazy because like I said I am so grateful for how far I have come. I just want to stay healthy.
I have been a total blob since having LO. Had some supply issues in the beginning and it freaked me out so I decided to wait a while before trying to get rid of the baby weight. Well, the time has come! I'm putting this here to try to hold myself accountable for really starting this week!
I got cute new gym shoes to help motivate myself (and because my feet grew while pregnant).

I want to keep up with the walking/jogging and do a P90X workout with DH.
I'm trying to lose 5 lbs in May (maybe breaking the total into these smaller chunks will feel more doable)
I'm wearing a pink/coral long sleeved shirt!
Last week I got in a 5k run and one JM kettle bells workout. I also took the kids on a couple walks when it was nicer!
This week I want to run twice and do JM twice. Rain is forecast for the whole week so I may not get out waking with the kids.
Goal to lose weight and feel comfy in a bathing suit in November. Also to push the boys running for 5k this summer.
My shirt today is bright blue!

No worries! I can't remember anything these days so I figured I spaced
