This girl is a bit over the top for my liking, but I like the exercises. If you skip to about 1:00, that's where the exercises start. (And there's nothing useful after 9:00, FYI.)
Thanks for posting these. I had been doing really great with workouts but the cold/rain has me in a funk. I just did a few of these since I just saw them.
