Sharp pains...

I have been having sharp pains through out the day plus allot of discharge, sorry if tmi... I don't think I should be worried since no major cramping or bleeding but should I be concerned? Dirty if this is a stupid question but hey:)

Re: Sharp pains...

  • Sorry*****Sorry if this is a stupid question!
  • sharp pains in your uterus? are they like menstrual cramps? if so, my doctor says normal. could be gas too.

i get sharp pain sometimes when i sneeze. i think it has to do with general tightness down there, bloat + growing uterus = uncomfortable pressure. i'm not worried about it.

  • I had sharp pains. Ended up being either a kidney stone or a bladder infection. Ended up taking antibiotics for 3 days and all was right in the world.

  • It depends on the pain. Some are very normal like round ligament pain or "lightning crotch". Others could indicate a different issue such as an infection like a PP mentioned.

Also, I have times with Tons of discharge. For me it is just a pregnancy thing.

  • I would say Round ligament pain. Plus, this is the time that we start having extra discharge. YAY!! It's out bodies way of protecting out lady parts from infections. The body is an amazing thing.

  • Sounds completely normal. :) Round ligament pains can start this early and an increase in discharge is a common symptom for week 11. I have more of a dull ache ... any pain as long as it's not excruciating is normal I guess!
