Sudden sore nipple !

I feel like I did when my 6 mo was a newborn. The past 2 days my nipples have been so sore when pumping or BFing . I haven't had any problems with this in months. Why now? He has been feeding like normal.

    is it possible you have thrush? are you having any shooting pains in your breasts?

    Agree with Casey78 totally. If it's AF, it'll feel better in a few days. If it's teething, try changing position. My left nip started hurting a ton a couple weeks ago, I did football hold for a few feeds and it started feeling much better!
