I like the preggie pops for the most part the lavender and ginger ones made me feel worse though. Also I chew mint gum because that helps settle things down as well
i tried candied ginger in my first few days of nausea, and now i feel grossed out by it. i ordered the preggy drops off of amazon, it's a pack with the sour lemon and raspberry flavors. i like them a lot! they each also have 10mg of B6 so i feel like that's a bonus for m/s reduction.
I don't eat candy... I tend not to look for extra things to eat. But the fruity hard candies people have been talking about sound pretty good... I do drink a lot of ginger ale.

Other because I have yet to find anything that I can stomach first thing in the morning. Like before I even get up with DD. The hard ginger candy from work are okay but not with an empty tummy. Plus I don't drink soda.
