My boss just sent out an email inviting my department of 4 people (her included) to dinner tomorrow night. At a really nice restaurant. But after working my ass off all month, all I want to do is go home and try and get some shit done around my house. FUUUUUUCK

    I would feel the same way as you.  But I'm weird because I despise hanging out with work people outside of work - even if I love working with them. :)

    At least it's a nice dinner and maybe it'll be relaxing...That was nice of your boss to invite you guys out.

    Although, I think a lunch outing with no work after would have been better. *sigh*

    I'm with you. Working lunches are great--they're free, they're fancy,and if they take a long time, you just get out of work for longer. But working dinners? Just exhausting.?

    Well, order something expensive to make up for it. ?
