I thought I was just having blood work done today and u/s, office visit Thursday (my RE is away until Wed PM and my H was planning to come with me Thurs). Well, the nurse decided to do an u/s today, and of course today was the day I decided to wait to shower and shave until later because I was running way behind this morning. Opps. Anyway, last Tues, baby was measuring 5 weeks 6, and today 1st measurement was 6 weeks 5, then 7 weeks! As per ovulation date, I should be 7 weeks 1 day today. I'll take either measurement since both are showing at least 6 days growth! AND the best part-heart beat went from 97 last week to 145!! So awesome. I have no idea what my 1st pregnancy was like at 7 weeks, but this one is so way beyond what my 2nd and 3rd loss were like, so I had been holding on to those as my milestones to beat. Still a long way to go, but what a relief today was.
