Party will be at a rock climbing gym with pizza and cake (yes, getting them fattened up ;-)).
We are choosing between several times and want to pick the best for most families.

I suggest you ask a few of the ppl you want there the most.

Yep, I did that as well. I'm just an indecisive, thorough person, lol.
Looks like the nonholiday Sunday afternoon wins on all fronts.

  • Would avoid Memorial Day weekend....many people travel/have other events like BBQs that they are attending.

  • I would avoid Sunday morning, a lot of people go to church. Personally we don't have much going on Memorial Day weekend, but I still voted Sunday 4-6, I think you'll get the best turnout.

  • I didn't vote b/c I could go to any of them but we don't typically go away for Memorial Day weekend and we don't go to church. We did do a Sunday 11-2 party for our kids last year & a lot of people came. I have zero idea if their preschool classmates' families go to church or not but close friends of ours who are churchgoers showed up just a little bit late but still came.
If I really had to pick between a holiday weekend where maybe we'd have conflicting plans and a Sunday I would pick the Sunday.
