Need help (kitchen reno related!)

I think we are starting demo this weekend. I am super dreading not having access to a dishwasher for a couple of weeks.

I am going to buy the following disposable items at Costco this week...
Crock pot liners
Plates
Cups
Coffee cups
Sippy-type cups
Utensils

Yes, I realize that I could hand wash a lot of things, but I work FT and have two little kids, ain't nobody got time for that. Can you think of anything else that would be helpful? Or any other suggestions related to being kitchen free for a little while?

    We did this a few years ago in stages so we were not without any one appliance for a long time.  Will you have an oven?  A freezer?  If so - I would stock up on easy business like frozen pizza - even dirtying a pan will be annoying. Maybe grab some of those aluminum baking pans for that reason. Otherwise I would plan for a lot of takeout :)

    Carson Henry, born 39w, 2d, via emergency c/s due to no fetal movement and fetal distress.  Seizures, IVH grade 2, brain injury, kidney and liver damage.  Complete blood clot in the artery in his right arm.  27 days in the NICU.  Now discharged from all specialists, excepts his kidney doctor, who will monitor him indefinitely.  My tough little cookie.

    I want to buy a toaster oven, but DH is giving me shit. I'm going to do it anyway. Everyone raves about them.

    We will have our freezer the whole time. We will be about four weeks start to finish, but two of that is just without countertops. We bit the bullet and hired people to lay the tile and install the cabinets. If DH tried to do this with buddies, it probably would take tree months too.

    I won the subway tile battle! I'm going to change the floor tile too, I just haven't gone back to pick out the new one.

    @NotSharknado‌ I just got a call this morning saying that the cabinets will be leaving the factory a full week earlier than initially estimated. We are definitely demoing this weekend. I'm scared!!!...and excited!
