Kate, I missed that you hurt your back. I'm so sorry. That is not fun ever, much less with two littles. Please let us know y'all are okay once the storms pass. My uncles neighbor and coworker was killed in the storm last night, along with 2 of his daughters. I hate scary storms!

I'm sorry for the rough day. Stay safe tonight, and hopefully tomorrow will be brighter and safer all around. Many, many thoughts for all of those in the areas that have been hit by the tornados, and that are in the path.
I'm exhausted from busting my rear for company last night and after they left my husband said, oh, did you wash my uniform? I was doing laundry until 11:30, DD was up at 4:45 and the poor baby hasn't been sleeping well at all. Needless to say, we didn't make it to the gym or for our walk today since, oh, I don't know, we live on the 3rd floor, have no elevator and I'm beat. Luxurious city living at its finest. Grrrr.
Ordered DD's class ring paid $10 for shipping and changed address on final payment to DH work because I figured someone would have to sign for it. However, ring company sent it to our house anyway.
It was shipped Monday and we got. Post card from UPS saying they couldn't deliver due to "delay beyond their control."
So I had until the 30th to drive 1/2 away to pick it up. I pick it up and the reason they couldn't deliver is because of a "dog." I have a little chihuahua.
This afternoon I get a delivery from UPS and he says it wasn't him. But due to a guy getting bit in the face by a dog they are unable to exit their truck if a dog is loose. Understandable,but I live in a subdivision I can't control other peoples dogs.
If this is really the case, I don't know for sure. I was off Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Just like today, my dog would of barked, I looked outside expecting a delivery and met driver at the door.
Am I due a refund for my shipping fee, since I spent another $10 in gas?
I've never tried them but don't think they work.
Anyone try them?
And @katemv, I think someone on here has some extra pain pills. Jk
TFMC 08.02.13 at 19+ weeks. Everyday I grieve for my little Olive.
I'm not having the same type of bad day, but it's been a rough one. Not sure if LO is teething or sick. Had a slight fever earlier, she's pooped (see picture) in my lap, and then once we were changed and cleaned she then spit up all over me. Bc of congestion she can't sleep well so she keeps waking up. So currently I'm laying beside her while she sleeps so she's not so exhausted. So much for wanting a productive Monday to start the week off right.
And May is going to be a month without rest. But none of that is imminently threatening to my life or limb, so it's good to have perspective!
I go back to work in a week and I thought I was excited but now I'm dreading it and I'm giving LO so many cuddles all week.

My vent of the day- DD has out of control reflux. Eatting and sleeping are not happening in our house lately. She's on Zantac and while I was giving her medicine to her I knocked over the bottle and spilled almost all of it out
Oh. Even better.
Yes, it's poop. Sorry it's gross, I just couldn't believe I had a pile of it on me. It's like the diaper wasn't even there.
