Intro-Sorry it's lengthy.

Hi S14 Ladies,
I have been lurking for a while now (have maybe commented a handful of times) and would like to participate more and introduce myself. Sorry if I ramble on...
My SO, Nicholas, and I r due on Sept 16. This will be my 2nd baby and his first. We r both over the moon with happiness. He has always dreamed of being a father and I have always wanted more children and the time felt right, plus based on our ages (we r both 34, I'll be 35 in a month) we really wanted to add to our little family.
We r having a girl! We found out at our 17 week reveal and actually have our 20 week anatomy scan tomorrow. Yay!!
DS is 13 (yes, a teenager and a newborn!) and drives me crazy only about 75% of the time :) He is a typical 13 year old boy obsessed with his friends, electronics, sports and Boy Scouts. He is an amazing cousin to my 2 year old and 2 week old nieces and he is so excited for his sister to arrive. He is all signed up for Red Cross babysitting/CPR this summer and has already planned out the sports he hopes she will eventually play that he can coach :) He attended the reveal scan with us and has been amazingly supportive, helpful and involved in our pregnancy. LO will be very lucky to have such a doting older brother.
Due to some complications from an emergency c-section with DS I will be having another c-section on Sept 9 (unless labor starts earlier, of course).
Thanks for reading my intro! You all seem like a great group of ladies and I love the support and advice you give each other.
