Preplacenta bleeding?

Can anybody calm my fears about this? Had another ultrasound yesterday at 24 weeks and the doctor mentioned blood spots on my placenta for the second time now. She called it preplacental bleeding, and said it was a little worse than it was at 20 weeks. I tried to ask every question I could think of but it didnt help. She said the baby is still growing at the normal rate and thats what they want to see so thats really good and I shouldnt worry. Then she tells me the thing they worry about is that the placenta will stop supplying oxygen to the baby so they want to check it again in 4 weeks! Sorry but how are you going to tell me not to worry but then tell me something like that? I have been trying really hard for the past 24 hours to not worry about it, but I cant stop thinking about it. Someone please tell me they have dealt with similar placenta issues and that everything is going to be alright!

    I also had blood spots on my placenta, two larger ones found at my 18 week A/S. When I had an ultrasound at 22 weeks both spots were gone. I also have marginal umbilical cord insertion so they want to continue to monitor me every 4 weeks for fetal growth. Try to focus on LO's growth being right on track, sending good vibes your way that everything turns out just fine!
