LO is high maintenance. I don't have the energy or time for a work out video. But I want to do something to help tone back the flabby belly that proves I probably indulged a little too much over the course of 9 months. What are your favorite post-baby exercises from the comfort of your own home? Looking for some to do when I remember or while LO has his 10 minutes of tummy time before each feeding. Now that the weather is picking up to be warmer and baby seems to enjoy walks, getting my rear in gear and walking more will help too I'm sure. I was fairly active before baby, but the last 3-4 months I hardly did much due to energy and time.
