Guys, I could really use some support today. My grandfather died last night and we were really close. I'm just so sad and I'm going to miss him so much.
He had been in a nursing home and was sick, but the timing of his death was unexpected. I went to the nursing home last night after he passed and was able to say good bye before they took him away. I know he had a long and full life and he and my Grandma were so lucky to have all the time together they had. They have kids, grand-kids and now great grand kids. So much love and such a great life.
I've been crying since I found out, but I am trying to let myself grieve instead of bottling it up. He is worth the tears. Thanks for letting me get this out. I don't really think it belongs on FB right now, but I could use some support.

I'm so sorry for your loss! Losing parents/grandparents is SO hard, regardless of the circumstances. It's awesome that he had a chance to meet LO though.
