I am unfortunately too scared to even step on the scale after Easter.

I got a lot going on recently and I'm probably going to need to pass the torch for FF. I am not going to be able to bump for some time now.

    I am down about 8 lbs total -- about 12 more to go! I went to the gym twice this week. I am also back to total dairy elimination for my little guy, which frankly should make weight loss easier since I am a sucker for all things cheesy/creamy. :)

  • @BoothBaby‌ way to go!! Eliminating dairy has to be so hard! I'm not sure I could do it, but I guess if LO needed me to I would.

    I definitely ate too much junk on and after Easter but somehow managed to lose almost a pound. I've been able to get in 5 workouts this past week so that feels good.

     

  • I was 2 lbs away from my end of April goal yesterday morning, and after the food truck and stress eating yesterday I'm 4lbs away from end of April goal. Gym this morning!

     

     

  • Well I haven't joined in this fitness check in yet, but really need to. I was 2 pounds from my pp weight, but then after Easter and my birthday this past week I'm up 2 more. Boo! I've recently really made up my mind that I gotta get my booty in gear so it feel confident taking LO to the pool and to fit in my clothes again. I'm going to start taking Bikram yoga about twice a week and then walking with LO and also doing yoga, Zumba, or some other workout on Xbox kinect. Good luck ladies!!
  • I'm down 1.5 pounds this week, but still 20 away from goal. One step at a time! My hubs has started eating paleo, and it really helps that there hasn't been any junk food in the house.
  • I am up 1.4 pounds this week :( I really need to crack down on my eating habits. I tend to put off eating until I'm starving because I'm too tired to go get something and eat it. Then when I'm starving I choose the food that will make me feel full the quickest instead of the food that is healthiest. Realizing this is the first step. I'm going to try this week to consistently eat before I'm starving to help me make better choices.
  • Just ran my first 5k ever! 36 mins, proud that I ran the whole time :) 8 lbs away from goal weight, 2 lbs away from prepreg weight, and it has not been easy!!
  • That's awesome @bjhafner04‌!! I need to sign up for a 5K so I have more motivation.
