LO Loss of Appetite

LO is 10.5 weeks (will be 11 weeks on Monday). He has always been a great eater, actually he is a little bit of a porker...he usually eats at least 33+ ounces a day, sometimes as much as 36-37 ounces. He was 5-6 six times per day, usually 6:30, 10, 1, 4, 7, and the MOTN. And he has only ever spit it back at me once. This was all until about three days ago - all of a sudden a couple of days ago he basically just lost his appetite. The past couple of days he has only been eating 3-4 ounces at each feeding and his opd has been down around 25-26. He drinks 3-4 ounces and then breaks just like he normally would for a burp, but then when we offer him the bottle again he wants nothing to do with it. He'll try to latch but then basically pushes it away with his tongue and turns away. Plus, last night he did try to drink a full 6 ounces bottle at bedtime but he spit what seemed liked about an ounce back up (he did this Tuesday night as well). I'm just worried about the sudden change in eating habits, plus I'm worried that he is still getting enough ounces per day. Anyone else go through something like this?

    My LO will be 11 weeks Sunday and she drinks anywhere from 2-4 ounces every 2.5 to 4 hours. It's rare that we can get her to take more than 3 ounces at a feeding. I wouldn't be too worried as long as he is having enough wet diapers!

    We are pumping and feeding him expressed bm - he gets exclusively breastmilk (thankfully even when he was downing so much we didn't have to supplement). Thanks for the feedback ladies - we'll have to continue to watch his wet diapers and weight and see what happens. Thanks ladies - this is helpful
