My LO is 6 weeks. I know he is going through a growth spurt, but since birth I can count on one hand the number if times LO has slept longer than 3 hours at a time. Also, he will only sleep after nursing and sometimes in the car.
My pediatrician told me about the E.A.S.Y. Method. What are Thursday thoughts if you've tried it? I would like to start a more reliable routine once this growth spurt is over in hopes of both of us getting more sleep.

I plan on trying this on Monday:

We do eat awake sleep. During growth spurts (mental or physical) there is usually eat awake (sleep fussy) eat pass out. She's on a loose 3 hour schedule (anywhere from 3-4 hours between feeds). She naps for 2-3 hours at a time.
At night she goes to bed (crib) at the 7pm feed (which is anywhere from 6:30-8pm) and then the last couple nights she woke up at 2:30 then again at 6:30. So I'll start my day then.
She is 6 weeks today.
