I made shredded chicken with bbq sauce for dinner the other night and we has quite a bit of leftovers. I really don't feel like eating a ton of BBQ chx sandwiches and I hate when food goes to waste. Any recipe ideas to use the chicken?

BBQ chicken quesadillas? Sorry that was lame but that's the only thing that came to mind! I made yummy ones with caramelized onions the other day.

Yeah I've used mine for quesadillas or just BBQ soft shell tacos. My kids actually eat it too.
