Every time I drop below a "milestone" weight on the way to goal weight (a multiple of ten), I basically have a party and eat tons of cheese and drink beer and then I'm right back up above the milestone. I'll never lose it all at this rate, but boy that beer and cheese is delicious.

Anyone else sabotaging themselves?

Chocolate? "Yes please, I couldn't eat it for so long." Ice cream? "Yes, please!" Pizza? "Yes, please...I suffered cheese withdrawals for so long." I could go on and on. I really should get it together!!
Me too! I just put 95% of it in a bag for DH to take to work and it was painful
Plus chocolate chilli truffles....in arms reach of the feeding chair, not clever
