Not sure about the rest of the weekend but tonight MH and I are having a couple of beers and jamming out to music we haven't listened to since high school! MIL is coming over to watch DS so we can relax and enjoy our night

I have to shop for a cocktail dress. I'm scurred. I hate shopping, I hate dressing up, and I am even more anxious because shopping for something to flatter my pp body is fucking intimidating!

I have to decide whether to pump and leave Kara home with DH or take them both with me to shop. I don't know which will be more stressful! :P

I took Isla to meet my coworkers today.

This weekend is the first one since she was born (5 weeks ago) that we don't have plans!! I want to trade in my lease. And do something fun just the 3 of us.

DD has 6 great grandparents. She has met 5. DH's grandmother wasn't feeling up to visitors, but she said she might this weekend. She's very sick (heart, etc), so I don't know how many chances she will get. Maybe Sunday!

Baby H & I are going to tag along with the hubs in all his fun adventures. Picking out flowers & berry bushes for our new house, and hauling/trading in a load of scrap metal. You can make bank on that ish if you have access to it! Luckily 100% of proceeds go to the hunting fund...**cough cough sarcasm!**

We have a one year old's birthday party for a friend's son on Saturday. It falls smack in the middle of DDs nap time so that should be interesting. On Sunday we're picking up a new car. Huzzah!!

Weekend trip to see friends/help them roof their house! I am PSYCHED. These are some of our very closest friends. They live about three hours away so we don't get to see them as often as we'd like. L is due in July so we will talk babies and hang out in the kitchen to help feed the crew while our H's are up on the roof. We're staying tonight and tomorrow night --- I'm bumping from the passenger seat of the truck! Woohoo!

Also, I packed ALL of my and my kid's stuff for the weekend in just our diaper bag and one tote bag. I'd say yay for traveling light but we also are hauling an entire trailer-load of flooring left over from our house that we're giving to our friends. So.....not so light.

Hubs is working tonight and tomorrow night and has football practice in the morning. We have a wedding shower tomorrow afternoon and no plans on Sunday.

Movie tonight with DS1 we are watching Up. DS1 starts Tball tomorrow morning then we need clean the house. Sunday a friend is coming over to meet DS2, then another friend is coming over for dinner and we are asking him to be DS2's godfather.

We're going to my niece's 5th birthday party tomorrow. When she was at our house a few weeks ago she found my Belle (from Beauty and the Beast) Barbie doll and loved it so I'm going to give it to her for her birthday (plus a Target gift card).

Nothing planned. Possibly helping our cousin install hardwood floor BUT he hasn't called yet.

If they don't call I hope to get two hours of yard work done Saturday along with tanning and working out since that didn't happen earlier this week

Sunday is always grocery store and then I hope to clean the house.

All tentative when you have a newborn.
