We bought a kinda pricy bottle of wine..i don't think its all that great. .. should I open a new bottle or suck it up And drink this first?

I would just keep drinking it. It will get better the more you drink.

The only bottle I have not finished was a bottle of homemade wine our neighbors gave us. It tasted like fingernail polish remover. I was scared to drink any more haha.

High valley vineyards 2011...tasting better today

I'm familiar- I'm about an hour from this winery. I am not a big fan of Cabs, but I don't think an '11 has been aged enough to be any good. Happy to hear it was a little better after aerating.
