Found these at kohls last week and just ordered more online in another color.  They are capri pants but the best part is that the waist is actually stretchy like yoga pants!  Super comfy and perfect for the muffin top.  On sale for $18.99.

    Yeah, these start out great out of the dryer and do stretch as the day goes on.  So probably go a size smaller.
