I love (and still use) sike. Yes, even the misspelled way. It HAS to be spelled that way. That's more of an 80's/90's term though, so I'll submit my second favorite. To the max. Awesome, to the max!
I know it's so common now that it doesn't even feel 80s but "awesome." I say it allllllll the time. I think "like" was generated in the 80s too right? As in "he was like..." But I try not to say it anymore because it drives me crazy!
But yeah - awesome. Anything good or even just agreeable in my daily language is "awesome."

Awesome is still in my vocabulary and yes, "like" is like, totally 80s!
"Wicked" also was one that popped up in the 80s (on the west coast - I think this has been part of east coast slang for a lot longer).
@anitaflora I still say awesome daily!!!!!
How about "bad" which actually meant good! We thought we were cool because we transformed "radical" into "BADICAL"! Lololololololol

Did "dude" start in the 80s? I am a 36 year old woman and I still call everyone dude.

*I am no longer regularly posting on TB because of the fucked up debacle of Jan 2015 when administrators banned long-term members and mods with no notice and completely dismantled a community full of women who cared about each other. If you see me posting it's only to give support to a poster who needs it or to post something important enough that I need to say. I am no longer responding to anything other than issues that affect people who I care about*
