T&Ps for a friend

Hi ladies, I'm asking for all of your T&Ps for a friend with identical twins who found out they have TTTS (twin to twin transfusion syndrome) This is where the twins share a placenta and one twin has too much blood/nutrients and the other not enough. When gone untreated the babies usually die. She had a procedure yesterday where they severed 16 blood vessels connecting the twins and today's US will show if they made it and if it worked. Her hubby and her were struggling to get preggo so this is definitively a very scary and trying time. She is just about 20 weeks and if they can at least make it to 24 they could be delivered which might be the best option. Your T&Ps are much appreciated! Thank you!
