  I actually like some of it. There is a really good mint one and I like the plain Lipton green tea.  I have some pomegranate kind and its nasty so i will force myself to drink it until its all gone.

  Try Good Earth green tea with lemongrass. The lemongrass really cuts the bitterness and makes it yummy IMO.

  I like the Good Earth brand, and also the Tazo Zen (it also has a minty, lemongrass thing going on).

  I don' t know that it significantly helped my cm or not, but I like it and I felt like I was doing something. . .
