  I had a great week, finally!  I lost 1.4 at weight watchers wednesday, and I've been losing since then too!  I feel great, and i've really stepped up my work outs.  It feels good to be one step closer to my goal.  I dont really have any ideas to post, i haven't changed anything except just finally making myself do it.  Hopefully I can keep it up.
  QOTW: I love summer!  I love going to the beach with my family, going to concerts outdoor, and its my birthday!!

  2002- Diagnosed with PCOS at 18
  10/11-10/12 - tried to conceive naturally with Metformin, due to PCOS never had a cycle
  10/12-12/12 3 cycles of Clomid - fail
  6/13- 1st cycle on Clomid 50mg, Metformin, Follistim, and Ovidrel- BFN
  7/13 2nd cycle on Clomid 50 mg, Metformin, Follistim, and Ovidrel 1st IUI - BFN
  8/13 3rd cycle on Clomid 50 mg, Metformin, Follistim, and Ovidrel 2nd IUI - BFN
  9/13 4th cycle on Clomid 50 mg, Metformin, Follistim, and Ovidrel - Benched with Cysts
  From 12/13 to current I have ovulated 4 times naturally
  Currently on break to get healthy.... 35 pounds down, 13 to go!

  Hello!  After taking a break from workouts last week (I had a lot of pain after O and IUI that lasted until Friday), I got back on track.  I'm still about flat from last time.  But I have a goal to lost 8 lbs in 3 weeks.  I'll be going to an work even in NY for a week and I need to fit into all my dresses.  So aside from my drinking tonight (today is CD1), I have some extra motivation to stay on track!

  I think I love fall the most.  Summers can be rough in TX, so it's relieving to get the cooler air, especially when I like to run outside.  I usually do a race in the fall, and it's my birthday

  1.  What is your weight loss/get healthy goal? I am doing my best to not focus on weight per se, but to focus on fitness. Right now I want to complete the Couch to 5K program, as I find running is both the most difficult thing for me, but the thing that gives me the best results.
  2. What method are you using to help reach your goal? Couch to 5k!!!!
  3. What is your biggest weakness that you just can't resist? Carbs. Carbs. Moar carbs!!!! 

  QOTW: What is your favorite season of the year and why?

  Once upon a time it was summer, but since moving into a house with no A/C (by accident, which is another story) spring is definitely my favorite.
