First BPF - 18 Weeks (AnyMax).+ lengthy update

This is probably going to be long...sorry...
This week had been an emotional roller coaster. The best news ever first - the results from my sequential screen came back on Tuesday, and we are at the lowest risk for down syndrome, trisomy 18, and spina bifida (!!!!!!!!!!!).
The screen also sowed that I have low PAPP-A. The nurse from MFM was giving me the results over the phone, and pretty much dumped the worst care scenario on me. I happened to have my regular OB check up that evening, and he was fairly dismissive of the results and gave much better odds of how this would affect Eagle. I am so thankful to have a great team of doctors, and a game plan to move forward, but you want things to be normal and okay, and the wait until the scans to find out how Eagle is growing has me feeling a little defeated again.
Then, if that was not enough, last night I learned what intestinal hemorrhoids are, how scary it can be, how fast the on-call OB returns a call (less than five minutes!), and that she won't let me of the phone until I calm down and take several deep breaths with her. I am exhausted today, but thankfully was able to avoid a trip to the ER.
So anyway, if you made it through that (thanks!), here's my 18w bump!
