Re: *•~_~•* GTKY & YK(s) Friday *•~_~•*
2) I browse home decor pins and recipes all the time. I also browse the humor section. I usually just send this pins to DH and rarely actually pin humor pins.
3) I've tried a ton of recipes I've seen on Pinterest. And we've done a lot of house projects inspired by Pinterest pins. Laminate tiles under our kitchen sink comes to mind. That seems to make things easier and cleaner down there. I also made Jell-O deviled eggs this last weekend for Easter. I saw them on Pinterest. And they were fun people liked them!

1) my husband feels very strongly about limiting our son's screen time. He's under two years old, so we really make sure he doesn't see more than two or three hours of TV a week. That's like maybe one Disney Movie per week and we break it into segments. I'm the one who stays home and takes care of him though, so I usually am the one who decides if I need him to have TV time.
2) He does love to look it himself on my phone with the camera in reverse. He loves laughing at the baby in mommy's phone! No video or computer games yet!
TTC#1 May 2009- July 2010 on our own with no luck
Started with RE in August 2010, dx with unexplained IF and then finally our 3rd IUI cycle using Follistim and Trigger resulted in our wonderful little man. Born 12/2/11
TTC#2 Never really prevented, but were careful early on as Dr. reccomended
Surprise BFP 12/16/13, started progesterone immediately as first numbers came back low, but betas were good. Progesterone wasnt enough. Natural MC 12/24/13.

1) Do you let your kids have unlimited screen time? If not, how much do they get? No way! She gets maybe an hour total, that's TV/Comp/Leappad combined.
2) How do your kids like to spend their screen time (I.e. Video/computer games, tv, movies, etc.)? She likes a lot of Disney jr shows, ABCmouse.com on the comp, and she has a ton of games for her Leappad- her favorite is PetPals!

I like to look at kids and crafts and hair, I can't figure my hair out and want to do so much but never do... I did get a good summer side twist that helps tame the lions mane though!!!
DD gets 3 hours a day, a few shows while cooking cleaning and learning apps on Nabi jr. She likes the puzzles, patterns, numbers and letters so I don't feel so bad. It's split up about half and half. A show in morning, another later, and another while cooking dinner then an hour or so of Nabi jr. So really most days about 2 & 1/2 hours- but if she does an extra bit and is learning- I don't mind. I grew up raised by TV and am not an idiot (I see some of you rolling your eyes at that lmbo!) but I know she is so much better off than I was so I'm not worried (she is out smarting kids in her class a year older so I'm not going to push that). Her favorite right now is the stupid good morning red bird song that only plays once a day in morning so I have to turn it on once in morning so she can see it and then right back off, but that allows me to say, see, Nabi got dressed and ate his breakfast!!! Lol, then time controls Nabi does a sleepy time video and goes to sleep at night which is so much better than me going "ok, Nabi time done!" I love that feature. Seriously, before it was all, "ABC mommy! Puhweez!!! ABC!!!" Now it's giggles and night night Nabi! Puts it on pillow with a stuffed animal. Crazy girl.

Conception:
2) What categories do you find yourself pinning/browsing the most? Loss and hoping for a rainbow are probably the two I pin the most.
3) Have you learned anything through Pinterest that has really made a difference for you? Some recipes. It's a good place to collect them. I also appreciate the other loss boards there.
-------------------------------------------
1) Do you let your kids have unlimited screen time? If not, how much do they get? Mostly. It depends on the day. We did no screen time at all until we moved at 18m. And then it ballooned from there. When I was on bedrest on HG for 4m that was basically all we did.
2) How do your kids like to spend their screen time (I.e. Video/computer games, tv, movies, etc.)? iPad games, or videos. He loves nursery rhyme videos on youtube like mother goose club. He is also on a Daniel Tiger/Curious George/MMCH kick.
2) What categories do you find yourself pinning/browsing the most? Food, kids
3) Have you learned anything through Pinterest that has really made a difference for you? I looked a bit at fertility when I realized I had some roadblocks ahead of me and found some useful links.
-------------------------------------------
1) Do you let your kids have unlimited screen time? If not, how much do they get? No, he didn't watch any TV for the first year. We let him watch limited amounts now. 30 min to an hour. Normally Mickey Mouse Clubhouse in the morning when I'm getting stuff ready occasionally at night if I need to distract him while I make dinner. He normally only watches a few minutes though (the hot dog dance and opening music) and then is on to something else. He pretty much just likes the dancing
2) How do your kids like to spend their screen time (I.e. Video/computer games, tv, movies, etc.)? Only the TV right now. He's too young for other stuff.
2) What categories do you find yourself pinning/browsing the most? Dinner options!
3) Have you learned anything through Pinterest that has really made a difference for you? No just different recipes I wouldn't have otherwise tried. We are dairy free (allergy) and vegetarian so it's been amazingly helpful for us.
-------------------------------------------
1) Do you let your kids have unlimited screen time? If not, how much do they get? No but I don't know how much he gets. His attention span for TV isn't very long!
2) How do your kids like to spend their screen time (I.e. Video/computer games, tv, movies, etc.)? He loves the ipad for games but definitely happier playing other things especially if he has someone to play with.

3) Have you learned anything through Pinterest that has really made a difference for you?
Nah.
-------------------------------------------
1) Do you let your kids have unlimited screen time? If not, how much do they get?
No, 1 hour of TV or tablet. Both have parental locks. On the weekend I'm more lenient or if we do a family movie night.
2) How do your kids like to spend their screen time (I.e. Video/computer games, tv, movies, etc.)?
TV or salon, pet or learning games on her tablet.
