Diarrhea and Dehydration

LO has had a diarrhea stomach bug since Tuesday afternoon. Yesterday, she left off an ounce of each bottle (getting 25 instead of 30 oz), and this morning she only drank 2 of her usual 6 oz upon waking up. I've already spoken to the pedi and we're keeping an eye on things. She's also refusing water from cup and bottle, which she usually loves, and won't take the pedialyte. Anyone been through this and have any fluid increasing tricks? I'm hoping it doesn't come to this, but anyone ended up in the ER for fluids?

    We ended up on iv fluids with DS1 cause he couldn't keep pedialyte down. Watching a 9 mo get an iv was tough but he got better fast. I had to switch him to soy formula though after that cause his stomach couldn't handle milk formula anymore. He transitioned to WCM fine though...

    Thanks everyone! I appreciate all the tips. She's just refusing everything at this point, and gagging on what she gets in. Headed back to the pedi in a few hours.

    I'm sorry to hear she is still not feeling well. DS had to go on IV at one week old but like pp he got better quickly. I hope your LO is better soon!
