So in reference to the other toy post where the mom took her children's toys away, what do you do with stuffed animals?
They seem to multiply. Daily. Like rabbits. We have a bunch in her room, but in the spare room I have just been tossing random stuffed animals that somehow she got/was given/nothing special ones. She doesn't notice they are gone.
Do you throw out stuffed animals? I don't think any place accepts them as donations--do they?
We are trying to get away from toys that are harder to keep germ free/clean (toys that can't be easily sprayed/wiped down/etc) Pretty much "soft toys"---obviously she has a lot, but some of them just NEED to go.
Any ideas?

I have never had a problem donating them with the rest of our stuff.
DS actually does play with them, though. He loves animals. This week he is obsessed with his bunnies and elephants. He also loves birds. He mostly has really small ones, which is nice.
A few months ago I took DS to my friends farm to buy sheeps milk. I thought he would like to meet the lambs. They were cute and wanted to play, but they were really loud and he got scared. Baby lambs made my son cry! So I bought him a tiny lamb stuffie and he carries it everywhere. He will tell you all about it, though- lambs are noisy! Lambs hurts my ears!
