GTKY - Whatcha watching on Netflix/Prime/Hulu these days?

Tell us what you're watching & give a hint about why it's awsome. Try to avoid spoilers for those of us that are 17 years behind. :D

I'm currently on season 1 episode 7 of Mad Men. I'm not sure if I love it or not. I just know I don't hate it & it's something new to watch.

    Trucking our way through Lost! We'd be farther along, but my chair in DH's mancave (where the xbox is hooked up) is SO UNCOMFY. so we only get through one episode a night cuz my back and neck gets too sore.

    I've watched "a haunted house" about a million times. It's so damn funny IMO.

    Also I'm trying to catch up on "the L word". That show is literally my porn. Cannot watch it without wanting to have hardcore sex afterwards. Just can't.

    Just me: I went all the way through Buffy and Angel, and now I'm bingeing on 24. Jack Bauer is pretty freaking amazing. (I have a crazy story about him in Boston with a friend of mine. Well, Kiefer Sutherland, not Jack Bauer. I know that JB is fictional. :) )

    DH and I together: Orphan Black (on Prime, but I think you have to pay for it now) was one of our faves, and I recommend it to everyone I speak to, I think. I get weird looks at the grocery store. 

    We watched The Americans recently, and need to buy season 2. If you haven't seen Orange is the New Black, that's also pretty awesome. We're always on the lookout for shows we can watch together that we both like, so this thread is fantastic!

    I have seen it all on netflix. Right now I am watching a show called "call the midwife" it's pretty good. My favorites that I've watched on Netflix are: dexter, breaking bad, mad men, drop dead divas, house of cards, orange is the new black (can't wait for the new season!) lost, trailer park boys, the walking dead, the office, weeds, psych, arrested development, gossip girl. All are great if anyone is looking for something new to watch!

    DH and i went through Fringe a couple months back, and totally loved it. 

    I'm re watching Alias, for probably the billionth time. 

    I actually really need a new series, i have contemplated Lost but haven't pulled the trigger yet. 

    I don't really want to start a new show, get through 3 seasons and then i'm caught up to the new stuff and have to either buy or wait for the next sason. I'm really bad at watching the new stuff every week, i have hulu but never keep up with the shows. 

    Amazon just inked a deal with HBO, so as of May 21st, older HBO shows will be available on Prime. I really want to look into what they are going to have and see if thee is something in there that looks interesting.

    DH and I are watching Arrow. It's basically a tv show about the green arrow. (He's a super hero ala batman kinda thing if you didn't know.) Its actually really good. We're somewhere in the first season.

    DH is also really into Fringe right now. I've seen a couple episodes and it's pretty good. I'm working my way through all 9 seasons of Supernatural. Currently somewhere in season 5.

    Well, this is a little different from all those listed above...

    But I recently finished watching a series on Netflix called An Idiot Abroad - basically, two tv producers (one is Ricky Gervais) send their friend Karl around the world to host a travel show.  He HATES it, hates people in general and anything different in particular - it sound pretty bad, but it's hilarious!

    It's great for those that love to travel or learn about other places, but get tired of the usual (boring) travel shows.

    DH and I started watching House MD from the beginning, it's been so long since we have seen it that it's like watching it all over again.

    I'm watching 19 kids and counting on my free time.

    @kwh33ls‌ watch your mouth! Jack Bauer is so a real person ;) We just started season 5 of 24 about 10 minutes ago. It's so easy to watch 4 or 5 episodes in a night. So good.

    Me and the hubby are watching House MD right now!!! I think I'm going to start Madmen or the Lword next and I am dieing for the new season of Orange is the New Black!!!

    Right now House of Cards and waiting for Orange is the New Black. DH and I are netfix junkies so it feels like we're running out of shows.

    In the past month or so, DH and I have watched Archer from episode one all the way to the season finale a couple days ago. I watched Freaks and Geeks. Our go-to is comedy, because if I'm laughing, it means I'm happy!

    I feel your pain... I was so excited to see some new suggestions on here but unfortunately I have seen almost everything in netflix... I'm a junkie!! I haven't seen the show arrow yet but have heard good things. Maybe that will be next!
