Mother's Day gift help

Ok so I'm having a hard time coming up with a gift for my SO's mom for Mother's Day. We got my mom a new recliner. For Father's Day we plan on getting my dad a whole house humidifier (he's been talking about one for months!) and SO's dad mentioned he wanted a kindle paper white so we are getting that for him. For SO's mom I was thinking about getting her a necklace with Grayson's birthstone but I want to be able to add to it when she has more grandkids. I was thinking something like this but didn't know if these necklaces were dated or not:

See, I'm not sure if it's her style at all. My mom had one of these necklaces years ago with all of our birthstones on it. I just want to get her something with his stone on it that we can add to over the years. I'm at a loss.

I really like that @beary+ghastly!! And I can also have it say grandma in Korean for her. I think she'd really like that.

@majwv8‌ it was so 15 years ago, I know. Lol I have found some really good necklaces. For origami owl, can you order online or do you need to order through a consultant?

I picked out a large locket with 7 charms from origami owl. Now I just have to get SO to like it too!
