Cricket Chips..... NBR

One of the headlines on Yahoo News is about a chef making chips from Crickets. My coworker and I were dicussing this and I told her I would probably try them. She thinks I am crazy. It would be one thing if it looked like a cricket, but from the pictures it looks like a normal tortilla chip. Am I alone here? Would anyone else try the chip?

This is awesome! I keep telling people how insects would ease the stress we put on livestock for protein production because it is easier and more massively produced. I would totally eat these!

yea sure, I'd try it. I remember eating fried caterpillar back when I was a kid, and it tasted like a pretzel.

I have an issue over bugs in my food so I can't imagine willingly eating them. I still cannot eat a raspberry to thus day because of seeing bugs in them as a teenager. Apparently I'm a wimp.
