Follistim ladies...Follie growth kind of 'meh'?

I had CD 11 u/s today and my 5 lead follies only grew between .12 mm and 1.33 mm over two days. They are now each between 11 mm and 12 mm. E2 was only 300. Does that seem slow to anyone? I was so excited for activity but now it seems like they are stalling.

This was my first cycle on follistim so I'm not totally sure of the right answer.

On CD13 I was down to one follie 18mm (I had 5 between 10-13mm on CD10). Did your doc seemed concerned about it at all?

It's a little slower, but not out of the norm. Some people just start slow, and then see 2 or 3 follies speed up. Good luck!

Same happened to me which was also my first cycle. He bumped up my follistim and it grew like 7mm in 3 days and my E2 went from 300 to over 1000 with one prominent follicle and numerous smaller. Don't give up hope- there is still time. Unfortunately that cycle didn't work for me and I ended up with a cyst- but RE said now he knows to give me "extra juice" in the beginning. Good luck!

Mine always grow really slow until the end. This cycle my Dr was monitoring me every other day because he kept upping my Gonal. My follicles were growing about 1mm every other day with E2 of 100, 150, and 350. Then all the sudden my e2 jumped up to almost 1200 and my 10 follicles jumped up to 19 and grew 3-4mm. I get copies of the paperwork every cycle and I love to compare and that's always my case. So don't get discouraged it's possible, they are just pacing themselves, and may make a sprint across the finish line. Good luck!
