Boy! Yay! We will have one of each. I am only 12 weeks, but we did the new Panorama test, since I am 38 and "of advanced maternal age". Lol. I hate that phrase. Anyway, if you haven't heard if it, it is a blood test done at around 10 weeks. The real purpose is to test the baby's DNA for any of the Trisomies, Monosomy, etc. Supposedly, it is accurate within 1 percentage point. Thankfully our results were all good and very low risk, which is very reassuring. The bonus is finding out the gender so early on. We are very excited for our new little guy!

It's crazy that there are tests that are available now that weren't offered when we had our LOs. I'm 33 and we decided to only do it if the NT scan results were concerning because it's not covered by our insurance. The NT results were good so we won't be doing it.
