Anyone's toddler have rectal bleeding?

DS#2 has had it on and off for a 2-3 months.  I mentioned it to the dr. and he said maybe he tore.  He also had strep on his bottom about a month ago.  I am thinking maybe I should take him back in.  We had dropped the juice, so I am starting that back up to see if it helps.  He has had some rather large bowel movements, but he has also bled when they don't seem particularly large.  The amount of blood seems to vary.  Anyone have experience with this?

    How sad. That seems like a lot of bleeding for a tear? My kids have had an instance of slight bleeding with a bowel move t before but when ds had ongoing blood, it was related to his food allergies.

    Maybe your son has a fissure?  Definitely bring him back to the pedi.
