Success after IF

Slow Rising Beta... Any success stories or advice?

Hi everyone, I posted about my first Beta being considered 'low' by my doctor who told me to be 'cautiously optimistic'... well 2nd beta is in here they are:
4/21: Beta #1 is 38.5
4/23: Beta #2 is 48.9

.... I had a double embryo FET.... it's rising but no where near doubling... Has anyone had a similar situation in the beginning? Should I just lose all hope at this point?

I basically feel from research that I have 1 of three options...
I'm either:
1) Having REALLLLLY slow rising HCG levels which will start to increase soon and it's low because it's so early? Technically 16 dpo... Today is 11dp5dt
2) Both embryos implanted, HCG was super low and now only one embryo remains?
3) I will most likely miscarry....

I'm heartbroken and looking for any stories or advice...

I had a miscarriage at 18 and I was pretty devastated... I just never ever thought I'd be in this position again or at least I hoped I wouldn't be...
