question for my almost 7 mons DD

my almost 7 mons seems not interested in food i fed her. the food we already fed are sweet potato, carrots, apple and pear. when I feed her, she is still looking around the room or the edge of booster. i am expected she is looking at the spoon during the feeding. is that right? 

Another thing, i have been using  the level 1 nipples of dr brown glass bottle. Till recently, I am just aware of upgrading higher level of nipples when baby grow. Should I have to upgrade? i don't feel my baby have any problem with speed of flow. The reason we used dr brow is because of slow flow of milk and that does help reduce the colic a lot. and I am a quick eater so i want my baby eat slowly consciously. Any cons for staying in level 1?

    You don't need to change the nipples if you and she don't have a problem.  Some kids get frustrated at the slow flow but others are fine with it.  My little guy is almost 11 months and will only take a level 2.

    As for food - have you let her try feeding herself?  At her age you could easily give baked or steamed veggies/fruit, shredded meat, cheeses, toast/crackers....the possibilities are endless :)
