There is a possibility that I may have started ovulating on my own, so we are continuing to try on our own for a bit. I am trying to make as many lifestyle changes as I can to increase our chances. I know there's a lot of literature about chemicals and toxins around the house that can affect fertility (including this Bump articles:
https://pregnant.thebump.com/getting-pregnant/fertility-ovulation/articles/10-ways-home-making-you-infertile.aspx), but the info is so overwhelming that I end up not actually following up on it.
Are there certain chemicals or household items that are particularly bad and I should be sure to get rid of? Are there natural brands that you recommend? Any info that simplifies this info would be super helpful.
Thanks in advance!
TTC since October 2012

Re: Environmental Factors and IF
I'm not discounting a switch to more natural products ... but are you eating clean too? I'm more worried about the food that I'm eating and have made changes to eat healthier foods than I have been.
