  Baby (toddler!) smiles are the best!
  
  After being gone 12 hours yesterday for our anniversary, I think DD was having some separation anxiety issues. She woke up at 3:30 this morning an absolutely would not go back in her crib, so I let her spend the rest of the night in bed with me. When she woke up this morning she grinned at me, poked my nose, and cooed, "Mum!" :-)

  E *just* learned how to kiss Mama yesterday! Before he had done it over or twice by accident, but yesterday he did it about 20 times. :x :x :x

  The kisses....ooooooh those kisses, he puckers up and grabs my face and lays it on me and then I get a "lub u"

  I'm pretty much DS' favorite thing. There isn't one thing he does in particular, but when we're together he needs to keep a certain proximity to me and I need to stay in his line of vision. Given that soon he will be doing all he can to get out of my line of vision, I love this.

  H "loves" his babies and stuffed animals. He clutches them to his chest, tilts his head to the side, and rocks them back and forth like they are actual babies. I die every time.

  DS does this, too, and makes a precious, little "ahhh" sound. (I always say, "Awwww, sweet" when he does something like that, so I guess that's where he gets the "ahhh" from haha

  
  

  Lately DS has been all about the hugs. He'll even squeeze really tightly sometimes, and it just melts my heart. Kisses are nice, too, but sometimes it's just an excuse to wipe his nose on my cheek :-&

  Baby belly laughs. Anytime I can get that real deep belly laugh out of LJ it instantly brightens my day (tickling doesn't count, that' s cheating!!). 

  
  

  ETA - I also refuse to call LJ a toddler. Not ready!
