Don't compare your symptoms to anyone else's, or any previous pregnancies. Every pregnancy is different and carries it's own set of symptoms or lack thereof
Yup. I had very little nausea and (apparently) my mom was never nauseous with any of her three pregnancies. Everyone is different! Count your lucky stars!
Consider yourself one of the lucky ones. With my first pregnancy I ended up in the hospital three times. So far, with this second pregnancy, I have had none (knock on wood). It was so bad the first time around... my mother has mentioned, numerous times, that I should not try for a second. Well the joke will be on her once we have our first ultrasound and we produce it in a lovely, wrapped picture frame.
I'm 5 weeks today and have only felt slightly upset to my stomach when I get overly hungry- but nothing too bad. Part of me hopes it'll come on a bit stronger so I don't worry so much, but a bigger part of me hopes that I'm one of the lucky ones who will not get sick I say we celebrate for now!!
