Ok, first off, I feel really silly asking this. My friend dropped off a bag of maternity items for me to borrow. I know that this is a hands free pumping bra, I just can't picture how to use it. It seems obvious that you don't wear it as a regular bra (nipple holes - thrilling for everyone else!). Do you pack this with your pump, remove your regular bra, and put this on just to pump? Seems like a big extra step, especially when I'll be pumping in my office at work. There's no lock on my door so I hadn't planned on fully undressing my top half to pump... A little guidance for this FTM is greatly appreciated...

Re: How Do I Use This?
This is how it's supposed to work

I personally found it liberating so I could do something like read while pumping. Or stick DS1's paci back in 500 times while he screamed at me. I pumped around the clock after feeding him since I had major supply issues so I might have gone insane without it.
As for how to wear it...i would find it easier to undress and put the bra on, insert your shields and hook up the pump. This is to allow for hands free pumping...I'd find it easier to do at home. As for at work O.O i have no idea
I'll be getting a sign for the door, but there are only 5 of us in the office so I'm not too worried about it. A zip up sweater sounds like a great option. Thanks, ladies!
