Introducing myself: pregnant with #3 at age 40!

Hi everyone!  My name is Jessica and I am prego with my third child.....just turned 40 at the end of February.  This pregnancy was a bit of a surprise....we have two daughters- one is 5 and the other is almost 4.  This pregnancy has been a little harder since I am older and have my two little ones!  Just looking to chat with others who are pregnant at this age and appreciate any advice anyone has!  I look forward to speaking to all of you :)

    I am 41 and this is my first. Welcome to the club. Scared but excited.. I am almost 9 weeks

    Me: 40, DH: 42
    Diagnosis: PCOS
    TTC: May 2013
    TX: IUI #1 with Follistim. Canceled due to too many follicles (10 + that were large); BENCHED
    IVF #1 March 6. 14 eggs retrieved, 10 fertilized. 
    March 11, 4 eggs transferred.
    March 21 BFP  :) Beta #1 457, Beta #2 1350, Beta #3 9619. 
    Due Date November 27, 2014

    Congratulations and welcome!   I'm 41 and pregnant with our first.
    Me-41, Hubby-40.
    1st BFP-8/17/12!  Missed Miscarriage discovered @ 8 week US.  D&C.
    2nd BFP-2/13/13!  Blighted Ovum discovered @ 8 week US. Natural miscarriage.
    3rd BFP-5/22/13!  By early June, progesterone plummeting.  Another loss.
    August 2013 - started Donor Egg process, but surprise BFP with my own eggs.

    Thanks! I am due Sept 27th.....I am 17 and 1/2 weeks along right now. I am scared but excited too!

    Congratulations! I have a girl and boy. But like the other two, we won't find out until the birth.

    Congrats and welcome!  I am turning 40 in September and am pregnant with #3.  My other two kids are 9 and 12, so to say I'm a little scared would be an understatement.  It all seems surreal to me!  Welcome! This is a great board!

    Congratulations and best wishes for the rest of this pregnancy being happy and healthy (even if tiring!)!  I'm 39 and hopefully only a week or 2 (or 3 at the most) away from having our first baby.  

    I felt like I got the pregnancy thing down pretty well after a while (though really, that's easy since your body just does it and you're along for the ride and have to go with the flow for the most part - choosing and negotiating with medical professionals is about all you really have to figure out it seemed) but am now feeling very very FTM-clueless about all the newborn baby stuff that's approaching so wisdom from you 3rd, 2nd, 5th, 6th timers is all very welcome!
