Re: ~*~ Tuesday's Getting Healthy Check-In ~*~
What are your plans for this week? healthy eating, and not puking all over! Maybe some gym time too.
What's your long-term/mid-term goal? Tone up!
GTKY: What's your favorite BBQ sauce? Kidding! Or we can go there Otherwise, what's your favorite activity to do outside with and without LO?
I love BBQ, but have to be the mood for it.
fave activity - going to the gym and going spinning/swimming.
I'm going to get outside as much as possible and cut way down on sugar and alcohol. Cadbury mini creme eggs were everywhere last week.
I'm visiting my best friend in California in August and she has always been really thin and active. Our babies will be meeting for the first time! It is a good motivation for me to take off weight.
Long term is to lose the weight and keep it off. My weight has been all over the place since high school and I know the yoyoing is bad for me.
I love my mom's BBQ sauce and brisket. Nom nom.
Last week- got a few runs in and some Jillian.
This week- Hoping to do more of the same as I continue to hold on to (and add more) period bloat. Hormones are the devil.
Goal- Half marathon this fall and ideally I'd like to do another round of Insanity. But, the only reason I was able to do it before was because our living room was HUGE at our old house. Not sure how I'd swing it here.
QOTW- I have to be in the mood for BBQ sauce, but I like it to have some bite. With the kiddos, chalk drawing and playground. Without the kids, running. That's my time.

IT'S A BOY
This week - I'm hoping to get in 3 days of Jillian since DH will be OOT this weekend and playing hockey tonight and tomorrow night. Makes getting to the gym hard!
Goals - loose weight and run 5k while pushing the boys this summer
QOTW - I don't have much experience with BBQ sauce, nothing too spicy. Outside activity would be hanging in the back yard with a drink while the kid play well on their own!
The good news is my weight loss has been amazing! In 3 weeks since starting my clean eating, I have lost 11 pounds! I am well under my original goal weight that I set for myself in July.
This week, keep up the eating clean and squeeze in my workouts.
Goal: 6 more pounds would be crazy. I would love that. Then every single pair of jeans I own would fit me (without a muffin top haha)
Qotw: honey BBQ fo sho.
And I love going on walks with MJ. He loves them too!
